Tip of the Week

Most kids love to play with clay, but it can be expensive if you use a lot of it. It is very easy to make your own, however. Just be sure you clean up when you are finished-clay is messy! Try these recipes for your own clay:

Homemade Playdough: This is the basic recipe. You can add food coloring, but you canīt eat it.

Peanut Butter Playdough Okay, this time you can really play with your food. This playdough is edible if you stick to the recipe.

Modeling ClayThis site has several good recipes for clay and some donīt need cooking. Check with an adult before you make anything!
